Founder Adriana Ayales is from Costa Rica, and lived in Brooklyn when she created Anima Mundi with the goal of bringing ancient healing practices to the modern world. After years of learning about herbs, she now works to integrate many traditions to bring us some of the most sacred, preserved botanicals from around the world: ancient Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, rainforest tribal styles and European style alchemy.

You can shop online or visit their stores in Brooklyn, Soho, Venice, and soon to be Costa Rica.
