This space is for anyone who wants to explore their higher self, no matter what path. Whether you’re new or experienced, a newbie or a novice, everyone is welcome here. <3
This is not a space to feel like a constant healing project. It’s not about overwhelming, but providing support when needed. Use this space as you need, take what resonates, and leave what doesn’t.
Life isn’t about constantly focusing on what we can heal and fix. But when these things DO come up, these tools, resources and this community is here to support you and remind you of your magic.
Two Main Pillars of SBB
SBB has so many amazing fun aspects to support you on your spiritual wellness journey:
1. A growing network directory of spiritual and energy healing practitioners where users can book virtual readings or sessions. Think anything from a natal chart reading to a coaching/consulting call with a holistic health coach.
2. A resource base with articles and hands-on material to incorporate into practice. Find meditations, podcast reviews, how-to’s for your practice and so much more.
I’m also starting to source + make hand-crafted products which I’m super excited to be offering soon! Smudge kits, spell jars, herb bundles, natural soy wax candles, incense blends, crystal bundles and SO much more in the works! Stay updated with the SBB site for more updates to come. I plan to start popping up at local events this summer with this, and maybe start selling individual products on the website, so stay tuned 😉
How did we get here?
Let’s start from the beginning! I’m Liz, and I’ve been on this spiritual path since my first major download in 2018. I’m a Green Witch, Aquarius Sun, Gemini Moon and Libra Rising. I’m also Crystal Certified and Reiki I Certified!
Since my first download, I feel like I’ve grabbed a hold of life, decided what it would take for me to reach my personal goals, and never really looked back. This healing journey is addicting, and when you see how far you’ve come, it’s only more inspiration to keep growing, keep learning, and keep creating these magical life experiences for yourself.
I grew up on the East Coast, and moved West with my best girl friend in 2020. Since then, I’ve grown my career, hit so many personal milestones for me, and I’m so beyond thankful and blessed. I can confidently say I’ve been walking my soul path and I’m so happy to be here. I can remember days I prayed for a life like this. When you put in the work, carve out what doesn’t bring you value in life, and just focus on what matters to you, you find your flow, find what works for you, and the rest is up to the universe to fall into place.
I’ve been in SEO and digital marketing for over 7 years now, and I always knew I wanted to somehow couple my hard skills with my soul passion. With so many people shifting back to traditional healing, this resurgence in modern spirituality really pushed me to create this platform. I knew I needed to play a part, give back to this community, and create something special. It’s really important to me that SBB stays personal, people-first, and completely free for users and practitioners to sign up for listings.
With that being said, traditions and practices on SBB are nothing new and nothing of my own. These ancient tools and beliefs have been around forever. But I also know they can be tough to understand, can be challenging to learn about, and sometimes hard to know where to start.
SBB is a space to help combat this, and reimagine these traditional practices for yourself in your own practice today, whatever that looks like for you.
